Roles & Responsibilities

Fellows will work closely with schools, village communities, local institutions, and programme coordinators. Key responsibilities include:

Classroom teaching and academic support

Student mentoring and career guidance

Spoken English and communication sessions

Digital literacy programmes

Village visits and educational surveys

School enrolment and awareness campaigns

Parent and community engagement

Organising educational workshops

Youth leadership activities

Community development initiatives

Human Rights and Child Rights awareness programmes

Preparing field reports and documentation

Supporting research and impact assessment
