Applicants selected by the Screening Committee and Jury may be required to pay an Award Ceremony Registration Fee, wherever applicable.

- Certificate & Citation
- Professional Photography & Videography
- Printing of the Official Award Souvenir

The applicable fee will be communicated only to selected awardees through the official NIFESR website or authorized communication channels.
Payment of the Award Ceremony Registration Fee is solely for participation in the award ceremony and associated event arrangements. It does not influence the evaluation or selection process, which is conducted independently on merit by the Screening Committee and Jury.
